Own the full lifecycle of strategic national enterprise accounts with a focus on retention, renewals, and expansion. Build multi-threaded relationships, execute account plans and QBRs, prospect and close new rooftops, manage renewals and forecasts in CRM, coordinate cross-functional support, and meet revenue, renewal, and expansion quotas while traveling approximately 50%.

Lead technical onboarding for new customers: run kickoff calls, configure integrations (DMS and schedulers), process historical data, troubleshoot scheduling issues, run tests, launch rooftops, document setups, and hand off to Customer Success within a few days to three weeks.
