Support master servicing teams on compliance and securitization transactions: process reps and warrants, obtain and QC closing and insurance documents, manage master servicing databases and reporting, monitor ratings, respond to auditors/attorneys, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.

Reconcile servicer reports and remittances, research and resolve discrepancies, act as servicer relationship manager, prepare wires, maintain policy/procedures, and support cross-departmental projects under strict deadlines.
