Own and grow relationships with approximately 20 strategic specialty retail accounts across North America. Develop account growth plans, analyze sales and inventory, improve sell-through, coordinate product assortments and storytelling, support store training and community events, and translate dealer and consumer insights into business actions. The role also manages bespoke events, develops scalable account playbooks, identifies prospective dealers, and collaborates cross-functionally to expand the Project Beta partner ecosystem.

Manage wholesale customer relationships across South Central USA, serving as the primary account contact, driving sales and revenue growth, and achieving margin targets. Responsibilities include account reviews, prospecting, onboarding, sales presentations, negotiations, forecasting, issue resolution, CRM management, order coordination, inventory communication, and collaboration with internal teams. The role also provides market insights, identifies growth opportunities, and supports customer experience improvements.
