Review Forms 5471, 8858, and 8865; coordinate multinational tax considerations; manage budgets and deadlines; mentor junior staff; maintain client relationships; monitor legislative changes; and support business development.

Supervise preparation and review of fiduciary accountings for trusts, estates, conservatorships, and guardianships. Analyze trust documents, prepare trustee reports and schedules, resolve accounting issues, and communicate with trustees, beneficiaries, attorneys, and advisors. Review staff work, mentor accountants, coordinate engagement workflows and deadlines, collaborate with U.S. and India-based teams, and support training and process improvements.

Lead tax compliance, planning, and consulting engagements for cryptocurrency, blockchain, Web3, and digital asset clients. Advise on federal, state, and international tax matters involving transactions, token issuances, staking, mining, DeFi, and NFTs. Review complex tax filings and technical memoranda, manage client relationships, budgets, staffing, and profitability, mentor tax professionals, and help expand BPM’s digital asset tax practice.

Manage accounting advisory engagements, including reconciliations, month-end close, journal entries, accruals, variance analysis, financial reporting, and GAAP compliance. Review financial statements, research technical accounting issues, draft memos, support client onboarding, and improve accounting processes. Lead and coach Associates, manage client relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, and use accounting software and ERP systems to deliver client solutions.

Lead state and local tax consulting and compliance engagements, including nexus studies, taxability analyses, exposure reviews, audit defense, and voluntary disclosures. Advise clients on multi-state tax matters, research tax laws, identify savings and risk mitigation opportunities, mentor tax professionals, manage client relationships, collaborate across service lines, and support business development.

Lead execution and delivery of audit and advisory engagements for blockchain and digital asset clients. Supervise and mentor associates, resolve audit issues, draft financials and report findings, develop client relationships, and research and apply complex accounting and auditing standards related to crypto activities.

The role involves leading the architecture and solution ownership for NSAW implementations, data engineering, SQL transformations, and analytics delivery, ensuring data integrity and executive-level reporting.
