Designs, develops, tests, and deploys Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, APIs, custom objects, and integrations. Manages portals and Communities, data migration and quality, security, documentation, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and ongoing enhancements. Uses Excel, SQL, Power BI, and other reporting tools to maintain models, analyze financial results, and manage data workflows.

Provide multi-channel client support for BHG Financial customers, manage pipelines, record interactions in CRM, become product SME, build internal and external relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Lead Salesforce platform administration, manage Conga and DocuSign document/signature workflows, configure declarative automation (Flows, approval processes), support enterprise production incidents, govern templates/versioning, coordinate releases, and train/support end users across business units.
