Supports SQL Server database administration across on-premises and Azure environments. Performs health checks, monitoring, troubleshooting, backup and recovery validation, database refreshes, migrations, access management, patching, maintenance, security controls, query and index analysis, and automation using T-SQL and PowerShell. Maintains documentation and operational records, collaborates with technical teams, participates in scheduled maintenance and on-call rotations, and escalates complex incidents to senior DBAs.

The role requires multitasking, pipeline management, critical thinking, strong communication, independent work, and comfort navigating multiple software systems. Administer and optimize mission-critical Microsoft SQL Server environments across on-premises and Azure platforms. Develop and tune complex T-SQL, manage large databases, implement Always On high availability and disaster recovery, oversee backups, security, auditing, monitoring, and data migrations, and automate administration with PowerShell and SQL Agent. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, support releases, and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams.

The Operations Administrator maintains account records, databases, documentation, agreements, work queues, and consumer correspondence. The role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant processing; coordinates with stakeholders and vendors; safeguards confidential information; identifies discrepancies; escalates risks; and provides backup operational support. Success requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, judgment, adaptability, and consistent adherence to policies, service-level agreements, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

Administer and optimize Azure Databricks environments across development, staging, and production. Manage workspaces, clusters, jobs, SQL warehouses, Unity Catalog, permissions, identity integrations, security controls, monitoring, troubleshooting, disaster recovery, and cost efficiency. Partner with data engineering, cybersecurity, compliance, and governance teams to maintain reliable, secure, auditable, and well-documented data analytics infrastructure in a regulated financial services environment.

Analyzes customer assets, income, and debts to recommend suitable financial and loan products. Markets services, prospecting through cold calls, qualifies and closes accounts, maintains client relationships, documents activity in a CRM, follows up on leads, and delivers strong customer communication and presentations. Requires minimal ongoing travel after an initial company event.
