Lead public roadway and utility infrastructure projects from proposal through completion, managing technical execution, schedules, budgets, client relationships, agency approvals, consultants, design staff, and business development. Provide engineering oversight, mentor engineers and CAD staff, prepare proposals and fees, and ensure compliant, high-quality designs. Requires a Colorado P.E. license, civil engineering degree, and extensive public infrastructure project management experience.
