Develop, maintain, and support COBOL applications on mainframe systems. Design, code, test, debug, and troubleshoot programs, collaborate with teams to gather requirements, ensure code quality, and document technical specifications and processes.

The Senior Developer will use Mainframe IDMS and COBOL skills to design, develop, and modify software systems while ensuring software standards are met.

Lead migration of legacy COBOL systems to Java-based microservices and develop scalable, secure full-stack solutions on Azure. Build RESTful APIs, optimize performance, ensure DoD cybersecurity compliance, collaborate across teams, document architectures, and participate in Agile ceremonies.
