Designs and interprets electrochemical experiments for solid-state electrolyte materials and batteries. Characterizes performance using EIS, CV, CCD, polarization, cycling, and advanced analysis methods. Connects processing conditions, material properties, microstructure, and electrochemical outcomes to guide product development, process optimization, scale-up, and root-cause investigations. Uses statistical and data analysis tools to identify trends, communicate technical findings, and recommend improvements across engineering and manufacturing teams.

Conducts lab-scale experiments and analytical measurements for solid-state battery product development under engineer supervision. Documents and analyzes results, communicates findings and roadblocks, follows SOPs and laboratory safety procedures, and works with hazardous materials in gloveboxes and dry rooms. The intern will support materials synthesis and characterization while collaborating in a fast-paced engineering and science environment.

Leads the design, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of industrial control systems for advanced manufacturing equipment. Develops PLC, HMI, and SCADA applications; integrates instrumentation, networking, safety systems, drives, and plant data platforms; reviews electrical and controls designs; supports FAT, SAT, startup, and production ramp; maintains documentation and standards; resolves urgent equipment issues; and mentors technical personnel across engineering, operations, maintenance, and vendor teams.

Develop and optimize solid-state electrolyte materials via synthesis, characterization, and electrochemical testing; improve production processes, document SOPs, follow safety protocols, mentor junior staff, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer requirements.
