As a Business Development Representative, you will generate leads, set meetings, and support sales efforts for Oyster's global employment platform, engaging remotely with clients primarily in the Americas.

The Senior Counsel will manage employment claims, provide legal advice on U.S. employment law, advise on EOR issues, and support HR and business teams. Desired qualifications include a Juris Doctorate, extensive experience in U.S. employment law, and a strong business acumen.
