Leads global finance operations across accounting, reporting, controls, regulatory compliance, audits, capital planning, investor relations, and financial evaluations. Oversees a 30-plus-person international team, standardizes finance systems and processes, manages multi-currency and intercompany activities, and builds risk frameworks for crypto and fiat operations. Partners with executives, regulators, banking institutions, payment providers, and governance bodies while supporting strategic decisions involving products, markets, licenses, infrastructure, and acquisitions.

Lead the design and delivery of OKX’s U.S. derivatives trading technology stack. Responsibilities include defining architecture, selecting clearing FCMs and technology vendors, making build-versus-buy decisions, integrating OMS, risk, margin, funding, KYC, and market-access systems, and managing exchange certification and production readiness. The role also owns monitoring, incident response, disaster recovery, vendor diligence, SLAs, reconciliation, risk controls, and recruitment of the U.S. trading-technology team.

Own proactive, top-of-funnel talent sourcing across the US, LATAM, and APAC, with primary responsibility for APAC pipeline development. Build talent maps and evergreen communities, engage passive candidates, conduct initial screens, provide market intelligence, track sourcing metrics, and advise hiring stakeholders. The role also supports employer branding, recruiting events, and regional hiring strategies in a fast-moving crypto environment.

Support month-end close, reconciliations, revenue recognition, allocations, accruals, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting. Strengthen internal controls, automate reporting and analytics, collaborate cross-functionally on financial priorities, and monitor regulatory and tax changes across the Americas. Provide analysis and reporting for management, regulatory filings, and audits.
