Contributes to Customer Success practice development, mentors project managers, and improves delivery standards and tools. The role requires strong Salesforce project management experience, consulting expertise, lifecycle knowledge, and comfort with Agile and waterfall methodologies.

Leads Neocol’s Salesforce alliance strategy and partner-facing commercial pod. Builds executive relationships, designs repeatable co-sell plays, drives partner-sourced pipeline, manages partner tier health and certifications, directs channel marketing priorities, tracks competitive positioning, and provides revenue leadership with partner pipeline intelligence. The role requires strong Salesforce ecosystem expertise, commercial accountability, independent execution, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Offerings.

Own and grow a portfolio of subscription-economy client accounts, managing revenue, margins, delivery quality, client satisfaction, forecasting, and expansion opportunities. Lead proposals and statements of work, support presales, and serve as a senior billable resource on Salesforce Revenue Cloud engagements. Advise executive stakeholders, oversee project governance and risks, coordinate staffing, improve delivery playbooks, contribute to marketing, and mentor staff as part of the consulting leadership team.
