Lead and develop a small, senior Premier Support team for enterprise accounts, owning performance, SLAs, escalations, capacity planning, playbooks, and close partnership with Account Management. Use data and AI tools to drive decisions, build durable processes, and manage change while providing on-call coverage for critical customers.

As the first dedicated Enterprise Account Executive for Juno, you'll drive net-new revenue by identifying and closing enterprise and mid-market customers, managing the full sales cycle and collaborating closely with the product team.

The Account Manager will manage relationships with 150-200 commercial customers, drive product adoption, and identify growth opportunities through strategic conversations and collaboration.
