Leads the Bioinformatics Software Engineering team and owns engineering strategy, architecture, delivery, modernization, and production support for clinical genomics platforms. Partners with clinical, laboratory, scientific, quality, product, operations, and executive stakeholders to convert research methods into validated production workflows. Collaborate with Epic analysts, product, QA, and operations to deliver scalable, secure healthcare integration solutions.

Lead day-to-day administration, production support, and enhancements for Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds. Troubleshoot incidents, design Flow automations, manage integrations, maintain governance, build reports/dashboards, perform bulk data operations, support Pardot/Marketing Cloud and CPQ, and lead release management while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead analysis of business processes, gather and document requirements, design and implement system solutions, support deployments, and create reports/dashboards. Collaborate with stakeholders and IT to improve systems, provide user training, and perform post-implementation reviews to enhance performance and efficiency.

Lead and develop software engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure software.
