Elicit, document, prioritize, trace, and validate software requirements across the lifecycle. Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain UIPath RPA solutions integrated with agentic AI to automate and optimize business processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, perform testing and troubleshooting, and train end-users. Integrate RPA/AI solutions with existing systems, monitor performance, and recommend improvements while staying current on RPA and AI best practices.

Design, develop, and modernize software by translating legacy mainframe code (COBOL/ASM/JCL/Copybooks) into Java microservices. Design, build, and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards and data models. Integrate multiple data sources, write DAX, ensure data quality and performance, support stakeholders with requirements, documentation, governance, and ad hoc analytics to enable operational and executive decision-making.

Serve as Business Systems Analyst and JIRA Administrator to configure and manage JIRA, support Agile ceremonies, gather and trace system requirements, integrate JIRA with CI/CD and test tooling, report performance metrics and support JPMO planning and Integrated Master Schedule activities. Support transition from waterfall to Agile and provide technical guidance on system implications.
