The Account Executive solicits mortgage loans through broker channels, manages customer support, develops business opportunities, and coordinates documentation for approvals.

The Junior Mortgage Advisor will assist customers with loan inquiries, provide accurate information about mortgage loans, and support the transition into a licensed Mortgage Advisor role.

Process and file FHA Part B and non-conveyance claims (CWCOT, SFLS) and loss mitigation claims; submit title packages to HUD; follow up on claim payments and suspended funds; monitor reports/queues and attorney submissions; resolve exceptions, meet investor/insurer timeframes, update manager on trends, and improve processes to minimize losses.

Administer daily functions of the Special Loans portfolio, including SCRA eligibility, ARM index updates, partial release processing, buydown and balloon verification, loan-level maintenance, and customer support while ensuring compliance with federal, state, investor, and company guidelines.

Supervise resolution of high-risk mortgage accounts and complex customer disputes. Conduct root-cause analysis, collaborate across departments, own escalations, communicate with customers by phone, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain confidentiality, and identify systemic issues to reduce future complaints.

Lead and support mortgage servicing transaction management, system integrations, data validation, and reporting. Partner with business, technology, vendors, and servicing teams to onboard MSR transactions, improve loan boarding processes, validate data integrations, and support investor and client reporting.

Perform QC, audit and oversight of government-insured claims to ensure compliance with investor and insurer requirements. Produce loss analysis and reporting, file supplemental claims when errors are found, rebut insurer curtailments, assist with government audits, complete monthly write-offs, and serve as claims subject matter expert to reduce company loss exposure.

Manage foreclosure cases across investor types, ensure compliance with agency and investor timelines, coordinate with counsel and vendors, prepare reports and bidding instructions, review expenses and title issues, mentor staff, and maintain accurate foreclosure records and database updates.
