Leads product marketing strategy for T-Mobile’s broadband portfolio, including Fiber, 5G Home Internet, gateways, mesh products, and connected-home devices. Oversees positioning, segmentation, value propositions, roadmap inputs, business cases, pricing, go-to-market plans, launch readiness, and portfolio performance. Manages and develops Product Marketing Managers while partnering with Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Analytics, and marketing teams to drive customer adoption, revenue, and ARPU growth.

Design and refine digital and print creative for web, social media, email, marketing campaigns, merchandising, and packaging. Develop concepts, landing pages, email templates, icons, and brand resources while presenting work to stakeholders and collaborating with copywriters, marketers, project managers, and designers. Manage projects from conception through handoff, support senior designers, mentor junior team members, and maintain brand consistency across Ultra and Mint campaigns.

Leads broadband business intelligence initiatives by analyzing complex datasets, developing cross-functional dashboards and reporting structures, guiding data strategy, and delivering customer and business performance insights. Presents advanced analyses and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Requires expertise in SQL, ETL, data visualization, reporting design, and analytical modeling, with collaboration across technology, finance, marketing, telecom, supply chain, and procurement teams. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office.

Acquire new SMB accounts through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation. Identify customer needs, recommend tailored wireless products and services, negotiate and close deals, manage the sales funnel, and meet monthly quotas. The role includes developing proposals, reporting sales activity and forecasts, participating in training and sales meetings, and supporting multiple local geographic territories under sales manager supervision.

Leads T-Mobile’s Content and Conversation Design team, setting strategy, guidelines, workflows, and design systems across digital and AI-powered products. Manages and develops designers, establishes voice and conversational principles, creates scalable tools and patterns, and partners with Product, UX, Research, Engineering, and AI teams. Uses human-centered design, research, prototyping, and KPIs to improve customer experiences, task success, engagement, and business outcomes.
