Provide technical pre-sales support for ServiceNow products: lead discovery workshops and demos, answer technical questions, align solutions to customer needs, collaborate with sales/product teams, give product feedback, support events, and manage territory and pipeline to meet sales goals.

The Enterprise Architect engages with customer executives to create solutions on the ServiceNow platform, leading technical architecture discussions and workshops, while understanding and integrating customer business strategies and needs with technology solutions.
