Serve as legal counsel for complex technology transactions involving cloud, SaaS, AI/ML, satellite, terrestrial and non-terrestrial networks, hardware, and strategic partnerships. Draft and negotiate bespoke agreements, advise on licensing, data governance, AI risk, intellectual property, and infrastructure arrangements, and partner with Engineering, Product, InfoSec, Spacecraft Operations, Finance, and Sourcing. Advises business teams on contract interpretation, regulatory compliance, privacy, data security, risk, and disputes. Maintains legal playbooks, templates, policies, and procedures while improving contracting workflows through legal AI tools. Provide in-house corporate legal support for SEC reporting, governance, M&A, financings, and subsidiary maintenance. Draft and file SEC reports, manage Section 16 compliance, support board and shareholder processes, conduct due diligence, review disclosures, and apply AI tools to streamline legal research and document review.

Lead and govern the enterprise privacy program, ensure compliance with federal and state privacy laws, manage PIAs and CMPs, oversee ad-tech audits and DSAR workflows, drive remediation with Legal/Engineering, integrate automation/AI tools, and report privacy metrics and risks to leadership.

On-site eDiscovery & Litigation Support Analyst responsible for preserving, collecting, processing, and delivering ESI using enterprise eDiscovery tools. Liaise with outside counsel and vendors, maintain matter records and documentation, run searches in review platforms, monitor ticketing queues, and ensure compliant data handling. Contribute to technology projects and collaborate with IT on legal priorities.
