Owns complex technology transactions from intake through execution, including cloud, SaaS, AI/ML, satellite, network infrastructure, hardware, and strategic partnership agreements. Drafts and negotiates bespoke contracts, develops contracting playbooks, advises on licensing, data governance, AI risk, intellectual property, and infrastructure arrangements, and partners with Engineering, Product, InfoSec, Spacecraft Operations, Finance, and Sourcing. The role requires translating technical architecture and business objectives into effective legal protections.

Leads enterprise risk management and corporate compliance programs for executive leadership. Designs AI-enabled, low-touch risk frameworks; conducts risk assessments; governs data retention, privacy, and AI compliance; and oversees vendor regulatory obligations, third-party audits, and supply chain compliance. Partners with Legal, IT, InfoSec, and Supply Chain to improve governance, automate workflows, and provide executive risk visibility.

Performs legal data preservation, collection, processing, and review-support tasks for electronically stored information. Coordinates with outside counsel and service providers, uses eDiscovery platforms such as Google Vault, Microsoft Purview, Spectra, and CS DISCO, maintains case documentation, manages ticket queues, and supports legal technology projects. Ensures data handling complies with privacy, security, regulatory, and legal requirements.

Drafts, reviews, and negotiates complex commercial agreements supporting wireless, telecommunications infrastructure, enterprise services, transport, data centers, and network initiatives. Advises business teams on contract interpretation, regulatory compliance, privacy, data security, risk, and disputes. Maintains legal playbooks, templates, policies, and procedures while improving contracting workflows through legal AI tools. Collaborates with legal, regulatory, finance, technical, and operational stakeholders in a fast-paced regulated environment.

Provide in-house corporate legal support for SEC reporting, governance, M&A, financings, and subsidiary maintenance. Draft and file SEC reports, manage Section 16 compliance, support board and shareholder processes, conduct due diligence, review disclosures, and apply AI tools to streamline legal research and document review.
