Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle (NDAs, renewals, closeouts) and nationwide municipal/state licensing to ensure audit readiness and zero compliance lapses. Serve as liaison between In-Home Services and Legal, maintain contract database, leverage AI contract tools to streamline reviews and workflows, and develop standardized compliance frameworks and best practices.

Provide in-house legal support for content licensing, ad tech and data agreements. Negotiate and draft contracts, advise on IP, data security and privacy, assess contractual risks, and partner with Content Acquisition and Media Sales teams.
