Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, administration, compliance, solicitation analysis, risk assessment, and records management. Lead complex contract negotiations and interpret government and commercial contracting requirements, including FAR and DFARS. Collaborate with legal, procurement, project management, and other stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes, maintain compliance, and improve contract management processes and standards.
