Analyze solicitations, prepare compliance matrices, identify financial and business risks, and negotiate complex commercial and government contracts. Apply FAR, DFARS, and agency requirements while collaborating with legal, procurement, project management, and internal stakeholders. Develop contracting processes, standards, and workflows, and provide expert interpretation of contract terms and conditions.
