Represent Liberty Mutual and its policyholders in moderately complex civil litigation, including construction defect, personal injury, property damage, and workers’ compensation matters. Manage cases from inception through resolution, conduct discovery, hearings, trials, and mediations, draft legal documents, advise claims professionals and insured clients, evaluate risks, facilitate resolutions, and ensure ethical and procedural compliance.

Represent Liberty Mutual and its policyholders in moderately complex civil litigation and workers’ compensation matters. Manage cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, hearings, trials, mediations, pleadings, and motions. Advise claims representatives and insured clients, evaluate legal risks, facilitate settlements, maintain accurate documentation, use e-discovery and case management technology, and collaborate with senior counsel while meeting ethical and licensing requirements.
