Lead full contract lifecycle for federal and commercial contracts: draft, review, negotiate, administer, ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and export regulations, manage risk and subcontract flow-downs, support proposals, maintain contract records, and advise leadership on contractual strategy and data rights.

Lead and manage the companys ITAR/EAR export compliance program: classify items, prepare licenses/TAAs/MLAs, oversee shipping and deemed export controls, conduct audits, train staff, coordinate with government agencies, and ensure secure handling of controlled technical data across teams and vendors.
