Lead HRIS analyst responsible for designing, building, and governing Workday reports, dashboards, worksheets, discovery boards and security. Partner with HR and business leaders to define metrics, deliver C-suite reporting, analyze workforce trends, support audits, UAT, releases, and enterprise datalake work. Implement data governance, access controls, troubleshooting, and automation (including OpenAI Codex) while creating documentation, training, and improving HR reporting and system performance.
