SmartMedia Technologies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to our CEO and Chief of Staff. This role involves managing calendars, completing expense reports, booking travel, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring seamless communication within the organization.

The Staff Data Analyst will partner with key external and internal stakeholders to support new and ongoing analytics initiatives. This person will be the analytics lead responsible for strategically important customers, including owning regular reporting, recommending ways to increase financial and clinical success, ensuring high data accuracy, and building relationships with internal and customer stakeholders.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will convert qualified prospects to loyal customers through product demonstrations. You will follow a proven sales process, use video product demos, and generate add-on revenue. You will also maintain accurate prospect and sales funnel information and expand your skills beyond sales.
