Manages a software engineering team responsible for high-scale ad-serving systems. Provides technical direction, supports architecture and engineering practices, collaborates with product management, drives infrastructure improvements, reviews work quality, and develops team performance. The role requires distributed application development experience, cloud deployment knowledge, strong SQL skills, monitoring tools expertise, and proficiency in C++, Java, Go, or Rust. This position is onsite four days per week in Englewood, Colorado.

Lead and mentor a software engineering squad while remaining hands-on with code reviews, design discussions, and occasional development. Develop and support full-stack financial applications, APIs, databases, and SSIS integration pipelines for the CFO organization. Build solutions with C#/.NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and modern front-end frameworks; integrate AI, LLM APIs, Databricks, and workflow automation; optimize stored procedures and data performance; and contribute to GitLab-based testing and CI/CD. Collaborate with finance teams to translate workflows into reliable technical solutions.

Develop and scale NinjaOne’s ticketing and billing products using Java and Kotlin. Design reliable enterprise software, REST services, relational data systems, caching solutions, and client-server applications. Address scalability, asynchronous design, API development, testing, and integrations with accounting platforms such as QuickBooks and Xero. Contribute hands-on code, apply object-oriented design principles, and help ship software serving millions of endpoints.

Develop and deploy customer-focused web, mobile, and backend applications across the full software stack. Design major features, contribute to architecture decisions, conduct code reviews, and ensure secure, high-quality implementations. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams using Agile and SDLC practices. Manage version control, CI/CD, environments, and releases; maintain automated test coverage and perform root-cause analysis. Build and optimize relational data solutions using SQL Server, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.

Build and ship customer-facing products across backend services, APIs, data models, React web interfaces, and Android point-of-sale applications.
