The Director, Research - Power Markets is responsible for leading the QA/QC process for long-term forecasting, advising leadership, and ensuring market insights are effectively integrated into forecasts.

Mentor engineers, define standards, support production incidents and on-call rotations, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable data platform products.

Lead and scale a casino analytics team to drive data-informed strategy, experimentation, and reporting. Partner with product, data science, and operations to deliver executive insights, build analytical frameworks, and develop high-performing analysts to unlock growth and operational efficiency.

Design and lead end-to-end Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP architectures: data ingestion, XDM schema design, identity resolution, integrations with Adobe suite and enterprise systems, data governance, privacy compliance, performance optimization, and mentoring development teams while translating business requirements into scalable solutions.

Lead strategic revenue cycle analyses to diagnose patient billing and collections performance, quantify ROI and value, build executive-ready recommendations and playbooks, partner cross-functionally, and mentor teammates to drive scalable, data-driven improvements.

Design, implement, and validate data mapping, transformation, and integration solutions for payment integrity. Investigate and resolve complex data quality issues, create mapping specs and documentation, partner with stakeholders, and mentor analysts to improve data quality and automation.
