Serve as the highest technical escalation within Support, triaging complex Jira tickets, performing root-cause analysis via SQL, log and code inspection, authoring detailed escalation tickets, partnering with Product and Engineering, mentoring Tier 1/2, participating in on-call rotation, and driving defect prioritization and resolution for MeridianLink's fintech product suite.

Lead customer onboarding, deploy and configure secure mail, file sharing, SIEM, email relay, and VDI solutions. Manage technical implementation projects, resolve complex support issues, escalate high-severity incidents, create documentation, coach junior team members, and collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to improve product and processes.

Provide advanced enterprise technical support for NodeZero customers, troubleshoot cloud, networking, and infrastructure issues, perform root cause analysis, assist deployments and IaC/container optimization, collaborate with engineering, mentor junior staff, maintain SLAs, and document solutions to improve support processes.

The Senior Technical Support Engineer will troubleshoot and resolve production issues across customer environments, focusing on cloud infrastructure and data pipelines, while collaborating with Engineering for root cause analysis.
