As the Founding Product Manager at Freeflow, you will define AI-driven products for the insurance industry, focusing on claims auditing solutions, enhance efficiency and collaborate closely with teams and users to translate pain points into deliverables.

Manage product implementation and client-facing technical delivery of AI-powered safety and risk assessment tools. Collaborate with clients, develop actionable safety insights, support deployments, translate customer needs into technical solutions, and manage multiple projects while working cross-functionally to improve workplace safety.

Define and own product roadmaps, lead discovery and development with engineering and design, prioritize global customer needs, prototype features using AI-assisted tools, report product metrics, support sales and marketing, and analyze competitor and market trends to drive product adoption and onboarding.
