Manages property-related capital, maintenance, landscape, and operational improvement projects from planning through closeout. Coordinates internal teams, facility managers, contractors, and vendors; tracks budgets, schedules, documentation, quality, compliance, invoices, warranties, and punch-list completion. Supports landscape standards, safety programs, field inspections, operational improvements, and capital expenditure prioritization across the property portfolio.

Assist sales and project teams with contract administration, purchasing coordination, delivery scheduling, and customer communication. Maintain project records, track milestones and lead times, prepare documentation, and learn industry products and processes through training and hands-on mentorship.

Manage furniture delivery and installation projects from start to finish. Act as the primary contact between clients and installation crews, solving problems and ensuring projects stay on track and on budget.
