Lead finance partnership for aerospace and defense business lines, overseeing program finance, FP&A, EAC/ETC forecasting, EVM, long-range planning, pricing, contract economics, and capital planning. Build program-level reporting and financial systems, ensure GAAP/FAR/CAS compliance, and advise executive and engineering leadership. Recruit and lead a high-performing finance organization supporting propulsion program development, production ramp-up, and operational scale.

Owns Ursa Major’s SEC reporting function, leading preparation and filing of 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and related disclosures. The role manages MD&A, footnotes, XBRL tagging, U.S. GAAP and SEC compliance, technical accounting matters, internal reporting controls, process improvement, and disclosure systems. It collaborates with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Investor Relations, auditors, and executive leadership while supporting board and audit committee reporting.
