DevelopIntelligence, the award-winning provider of managed technical learning services for software development and engineering organizations, is conducting research to learn more about learning and development (L&D) industry trends and the challenges facing those who manage learning programs for technical teams.
The research will be accumulated through responses to a survey created by DevelopIntelligence. The 2015 IT Learning & Development Professionals Research Survey delves into how L&D professionals manage learning programs for technical teams, challenges they face in meeting the needs of both organizations and employees, and trends they see on the horizon.
“We want to use this feedback to help create a more complete picture of the technical L&D industry,” says Kelby Zorgdrager, CEO and founder of DevelopIntelligence. “The insights of these professionals will show us what support and guidance they need from us in order to attract, retain, and grow their top technical talent.”
The survey is open until January 30, 2015; comprehensive report of the findings will be made available later in the year.
