Serve as FP&A business partner for assigned units, build and maintain forecasting models (IS, BS, cash flow), prepare monthly performance reviews for executives, support annual budgeting and long-range planning, develop business cases, deliver actionable financial recommendations, and lead process improvements using NetSuite/Adaptive Planning and advanced Excel modeling.

Support monthly revenue close by preparing schedules, journal entries (accruals, bad debt), reconciliations, and variance analysis. Partner with FP&A, Billing, and AR to resolve discrepancies, assist external audit requests, maintain analytic files, and improve close processes through automation and standardization. Handle royalty reporting and other assigned accounting projects while ensuring GAAP-compliant financial statement preparation.
