Develop and optimize pricing architecture, regional pricing, packaging, bundles, and subscription tiers across Marketplace and Subscription products. Build data-driven business cases, analyze competitive pricing, design pricing experiments, and evaluate customer willingness-to-pay, elasticity, conversion, GMV, and lifetime value. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, and Finance, while presenting pricing recommendations and experiment findings to senior stakeholders.

Lead FP&A systems transformation across a complex technology organization. Own the roadmap, evaluate and consolidate Workday Adaptive Planning and IBM Planning Analytics, oversee migration consultants and vendors, automate reporting and close workflows, establish governance and access controls, and partner with decentralized FP&A teams on tailored financial models. Manage and develop two technical team members while driving adoption, improving forecasting efficiency, and delivering strategic insights on investments, capital allocation, and technology business performance.
