Lead daily treasury operations for high-volume, high-dollar client fund movement, overseeing wire disbursements, fraud prevention, reconciliations, and control enforcement. Provide functional leadership, escalation support, training, and quality review for the Treasury team. Coordinate with banks and cross-functional partners, drive process improvements and system enhancements, support audits and reporting, and maintain operational metrics and SOPs. Must support core banking deadlines and provide occasional overtime or travel as needed.
