Lead and manage Small Business collections operations across early, mid, and late stages. Oversee senior leads, leads, and representatives; set goals, execute strategies, identify process improvements, coach staff, and partner with cross-functional teams to balance collections with customer relationships and regulatory compliance.

Review and verify loan application documentation, analyze bank statements for authenticity and cash flow, identify missing information and follow up with stakeholders, validate documents to KYC/CIP standards, collaborate with underwriters and internal teams, and maintain accurate loan data while adapting to regulatory and process changes.
