Serve as trusted advisor to business partners and manage cross-functional workstreams to ensure compliance and operational readiness.

Manage end-to-end month-end and quarter-end close across global entities, oversee intercompany billing, settlements, transfer pricing execution, FX analysis and eliminations. Use data analysis (SQL preferred) and maintain AML/sanctions regulatory knowledge. Manage multiple remote audit workstreams and stakeholder communication, applying responsible generative AI oversight where appropriate.

Own diligence and underwriting for institutional counterparties, recommend internal credit ratings and risk-based limits, monitor portfolio exposures, analyze asset volatility/liquidity for limit-setting, negotiate industry documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client or product issues.

Lead financial due diligence and end-to-end purchase accounting for acquisitions, drive accounting treatment for investments and consolidations, draft technical memos and SEC disclosures, ensure SOX controls, and partner cross-functionally on new products, complex transactions, and post-close integration.
