Lead portfolio-level FP&A for Riot's data center business: define operating plans and capital allocation, build forecasts and pro formas, reconcile Procore and NetSuite data, drive executive/board reporting, partner with construction, procurement, and accounting, and build a scalable FP&A team to improve forecasting, capital deployment, and investor communications.

Lead day-to-day accounting for a multi-entity, publicly traded company: own month-end close, GL, consolidation, intercompany, fixed assets, P&L, audits, acquisitions integration, controls, and process improvements while partnering with FP&A and IT.

Lead and scale the investor relations function: craft investor messaging and materials, manage engagement strategy (earnings, roadshows, conferences), advise executives, run IR systems and CRM, monitor market and analyst sentiment, and build relationships with sell-side analysts and investors to align external communications with strategy.

Responsible for managing the billing, collections, and revenue accounting process, ensuring accurate invoicing, tracking payments, and monthly reconciliations. Needs strong collaboration with sales and operations, knowledge of GAAP, and experience with revenue recognition standards.
