Lead and scale the investor relations function: craft investor messaging and materials, manage engagement strategy (earnings, roadshows, conferences), advise executives, run IR systems and CRM, monitor market and analyst sentiment, and build relationships with sell-side analysts and investors to align external communications with strategy.

Support general ledger accounting, perform month- and year-end close, prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations, assist with debt and lease accounting (ASC 842), intercompany eliminations, financial statement preparation, SOX controls, audits, and process documentation. Review staff work and provide variance analysis and contract interpretation.
