Seeking an experienced Product leader to oversee the HR Product suite and team within the People Platform. Responsible for end-to-end management and development of HR-related products and services for small and medium-sized businesses. Must have a customer-centric approach and thrive in a high-growth environment.

The Recruiter will lead operational excellence in an entrepreneurial work environment, attracting high-quality candidates, managing the full recruiting process, and ensuring a positive applicant experience. They will work closely with hiring managers and drive the offer process for corporate positions in a remote setting for Vorto, a company focused on increasing sustainability in supply chains.

The Sr. Compensation Partner will be responsible for participating in compensation surveys, analyzing market data, maintaining and enhancing database and systems, developing compensation models, partnering with recruiters, administering compensation policies, and assisting with communication and training.
