Use market data, internal talent insights, and AI tools to recommend pay, run annual comp and equity planning, manage promotions and offer decisions, evaluate global programs, build compensation tools/dashboards and automated reports, and create communications and training to drive adoption and equity.

Manage end-to-end absence claims (FMLA/ADA): intake eligibility decisions, gather supporting data, perform recertifications and intermittent tracking, confirm return-to-work, and update systems with accurate leave status and documentation.

Designs and delivers leadership and manager development programs, owns the LMS, creates multi-format learning content, partners with People Business Partners, manages vendors, measures program effectiveness, and leverages AI to scale learning.
