Fixed-term (maternity cover) Senior HR Business Partner to provide employee relations, manager coaching, performance management, and People program continuity. Partner with leaders, People Ops, Legal, Finance, and Recruiting; support immigration processes and external counsel; maintain compliance and people systems; enable change, talent planning, and manager effectiveness in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Partner with functional leaders to translate business strategy into people strategy. Own org design, performance management, compensation, talent development, engagement, and retention. Provide coaching on career pathing, change management, and sensitive employee issues. Use people data to generate insights and recommendations, build compliant HR policies, manage global employee relations, and collaborate with People Team COEs to deliver cohesive people programs at scale.

Own and architect the TA technology stack: ATS configuration, integrations, and vendor management. Build, deploy, and monitor AI agents and automation workflows. Lead AI governance, bias auditing, compliance reviews, and enablement for recruiters. Drive roadmap, RFPs, and incident response for TA systems while providing performance reporting and documentation.

Lead and scale global recruiting operations including systems, analytics, program management, enablement, candidate experience, and tooling. Build operating rhythms, forecasting, headcount planning, and governance. Drive recruiting technology roadmap, AI/automation adoption, and system selection. Improve delivery model, data quality, and measurable outcomes while building a high-performing team and partnering with TA, HR, Finance, and business leaders to support hiring plans and organizational priorities.

Administer and analyze health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs across US, Canada, and LATAM. Manage enrollments, renewals, open enrollment, compliance filings, vendor and broker relationships, benefits reporting, and employee communications while driving cost-saving and compliance initiatives.

Serve as strategic HR partner to a 2,000+ R&D organization, leading org design, performance calibration, people programs, engagement analysis, and coaching senior leaders to scale the org and improve talent outcomes.

Lead People Systems strategy and operations, optimize and administer Workday and other HR platforms, manage a People systems team, design integrations and automations, drive change adoption and training, evaluate service delivery metrics, and recommend new tools to scale lifecycle operations for thousands of employees.

Lead compensation partner for global Engineering: manage market data and surveys, maintain job families/grades, run annual merit and market analyses, support incentive and equity programs, consult with HR/business partners, ensure pay equity and compliance, present findings, and improve compensation policies and automation.

Lead full-cycle GTM recruiting for revenue-driving roles: source and engage technical candidates, screen for technical and cultural fit, partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, report recruiting metrics, negotiate offers, and support onboarding in a fast-paced startup.
