Own end-to-end product experience design for CodePath’s learning platform, including user flows, information architecture, interaction design, and design systems. Conduct user discovery, create engineer-ready wireframes and specifications, partner with product managers and engineers, direct a UI design contractor, and maintain experience quality. The role focuses on platform areas, learner-facing tools, internal tools, and AI-powered education experiences.

Supports SaaS revenue recognition and royalty accounting under U.S. GAAP and ASC 606. Reviews contracts, prepares revenue schedules and roll-forwards, reconciles billing and general ledger data, manages royalty and reseller reporting, supports audits and SOX controls, and improves accounting processes and systems. Partners cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate revenue, billing, and ERP data.

Leads North American Market Solutions teams, owning customer experience, ARR growth, retention, expansion, renewals, and platform adoption. Manages and coaches regional leaders, drives solutioning excellence, oversees customer lifecycle execution, and leads organizational transformation. Builds automation for media processing and LMS deployment, maintains voice models and pronunciation standards, manages audio libraries, directs voice artists, tracks content-driven revisions, and forecasts production capacity. Partners with content, design, motion, and automation teams to keep accurate, high-quality narration synchronized with regulated course content.

Manages and grows relationships with existing K-12 education accounts across California, driving renewals, product adoption, upsell opportunities, demos, and sales pipeline development. The role requires maintaining 100+ partner accounts, meeting revenue quotas, collaborating with Partner Success and Development teams, presenting at conferences, visiting district partners, and sharing customer and competitive insights internally. Travel is required up to 30%, with seasonal peaks potentially reaching 50%.

Own global marketing strategy and organization, including positioning, brand leadership, product marketing, content, demand generation, and go-to-market execution. Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to drive pipeline and revenue growth, particularly in North America. Build an 18-month roadmap, lead rebranding and repositioning initiatives, strengthen analyst and client relationships, and transform demand generation into a demand creation engine while leading a team of 20 or more.
