Administer and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud, including configuration, automation, security, data governance, reports, dashboards, deployments, troubleshooting, user support, onboarding, training, documentation, and process optimization. Plan briefings and engagement programs, develop messaging and executive materials, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage inquiries and RFPs, monitor analyst coverage and sentiment, and use competitive intelligence to guide product, marketing, and go-to-market strategy. Drive positioning in analyst evaluations, amplify endorsements across marketing and sales channels, and track program KPIs.

Produces narration and audio learning content using AI voice tools and human talent. Owns audio workflows from script preparation through editing, mastering, QA, deployment, and versioning. Builds automation for media processing and LMS deployment, maintains voice models and pronunciation standards, manages audio libraries, directs voice artists, tracks content-driven revisions, and forecasts production capacity. Partners with content, design, motion, and automation teams to keep accurate, high-quality narration synchronized with regulated course content.

Own and improve the core learner platform to increase learning rate, retention, and engagement at scale. Prioritize an AI-first roadmap, ship AI-assisted features (AI Tutor, AI Grader), define outcome metrics, run experiments, and collaborate with Curriculum, Learning, and Engineering to deliver high-quality, engaging learner experiences.

Manages and grows relationships with existing K-12 education accounts across California, driving renewals, product adoption, upsell opportunities, demos, and sales pipeline development. The role requires maintaining 100+ partner accounts, meeting revenue quotas, collaborating with Partner Success and Development teams, presenting at conferences, visiting district partners, and sharing customer and competitive insights internally. Travel is required up to 30%, with seasonal peaks potentially reaching 50%.

Own revenue expansion for assigned State, Local, and Education (SLED) accounts. Manage full sales cycle from lead to close, build executive relationships, develop account strategies, drive adoption of Pluralsight, coordinate extended account team, manage pipeline and forecasting, and meet quota while supporting customer success.
