Our platform is designed for working adults, particularly from historically underserved communities, providing virtual instructor-led courses that include live, cohort-based learning sessions and one-on-one coaching for those looking for entry-level positions in hospitals and healthcare settings.
Stepful graduates, primarily from underrepresented communities, go on to work at leading healthcare institutions such as CVS, Walgreens & NY Presbyterian Hospital. Stepful is backed by Y Combinator, Reach Capital and AlleyCorp and recently closed a round led by Oak HC/FT.

At Stepful, we balance flexibility with in person connection. We're hybrid in-office Tues-Thurs to collaborate, with 15 work from anywhere days annually, a week off between Christmas & New Year’s, and open vacation—because rest fuels impact.
