Own and grow strategic CX accounts, drive expansion and new-logo acquisition, and lead direct and partner-led sales motions. Build executive relationships, develop account and territory strategies, conduct discovery and value presentations, manage proposals and RFX responses, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Coordinate solution consultants, internal SMEs, and partners to deliver AI-enabled contact center, messaging, digital engagement, journey management, and analytics solutions across healthcare, retail, financial services, and telecommunications.

Partners with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Analytics, and clients to quantify and communicate the financial value of customer engagement programs. Designs control groups, holdout tests, and pre/post analyses; combines operational, digital, product, marketing, and finance data; and translates findings into actionable business insights. Develops ROI tools, playbooks, dashboards, and value narratives for pre-sale consulting and post-sale value realization. Requires B2C operations experience, analytics skills, executive communication, and up to 20% travel.
