This event role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented Senior Specialist to lead the planning and execution of global trade shows, customer conferences, webinars, and other strategic marketing events. This role is responsible for understanding the process and plannings, as well as ensuring flawless event logistics and execution while partnering closely with cross-functional marketing, sales, creative, and product teams. The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple complex, multi-faceted events and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This role will partner to execute tradeshow and event opportunities to include partner planning, vendor management, scheduling, onsite logistics, strategic impacts, and onsite presence.
We are looking for a Trade Show and Events Specialist Senior who will:
- Manage registration and support company presence, staffing and training, sponsorships and other marketing initiatives as well as pre- and post-event marketing.
- Coordinate external vendors/suppliers.
- Meet event prospectus deadlines and sponsor opportunities.
- Recommend and execute activities to support event objectives, arranging schedules, identifying speakers, procuring service vendors, creating and distributing marketing materials and identifying other resources necessary for event success.
- Maintain a detailed tradeshow and events calendar, understand dependencies and regularly communicate status to key stakeholders; ensure event deadlines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate timely communications for tradeshow/event stakeholders to ensure event objectives and requirements are understood, and attendee concerns are addressed.
- Travel to and support onsite execution of key tradeshows and events, including show set-up and take-down, as needed.
- Support post-event marketing efforts including campaign follow-up and ROI reporting.

- Brings 3–5 years of experience managing large-scale tradeshows and corporate events from planning through execution.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, successfully juggling multiple high-impact events at once.
- Has a proven ability to collaborate with multiple vendors and partners, navigate sponsorships, and manage contract negotiations with confidence.
- Works effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly Marketing and Sales, to deliver integrated and compelling campaigns.
- Has experience in virtual event production, creating engaging, audience-centric digital experiences that drive results.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly, stay calm under pressure, and bring creative solutions to the table.
- Possess strong English communication skills in a professional, business-focused setting.

Position Pay Range:
This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
£33,756.14-£54,009.82This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
