What’s the vibe like in the office?
One of the best things about working at CampMinder is our open and curious vibe. We collectively communicate with all other departments if we have questions, or see different areas that we can improve our clients experience. We have an open door policy that encourages building relationships, which gives me joy every day I come to work.

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?
In my position, I get the opportunity to work with just about every team at CampMinder on a weekly basis. Whether I'm looking at a puzzling case with our front-line support team or collaborating with our sales team about a potential new client, I love working with my colleagues. Everyone here is a team player and it really makes my day great!

How has your career grown since starting at the company?
From day 1, the expectation was that I bring my best to the table. I am 100% accountable for my product area, I’m expected to solve problems creatively and get help when needed. I have full autonomy. If I want to try something or do something different, I go do it. For me, this is nothing but exciting. I wouldn’t change any of it. I love it.

Our office is located in East Boulder, steps from the Boulder Creek Path. The area is well-serviced by public transportation...and food trucks!
