Lead discovery with users, prioritize safety/compliance and automation/AI, define success metrics, partner with engineering/design, and enable GTM teams to deliver dependable operational tools under seasonal pressure.

Lead and grow a DevOps/IT/Security engineering team to enable rapid, secure AI-enabled development. Roll out CI/CD, monitoring, tooling, automation, and compliance (SOC2/PCI) practices, eliminate development friction, and drive engineering adoption through influence, coaching, and process improvements.
