CampMinder matches employee contributions 100% on the first 4% of their salary and contributions are vested immediately.

Child Care & Parental Leave Benefits

Generous Parental Leave

Eligible employees may take up to 12 weeks of Parental Leave for a birth, adoption, or foster care placement. Two weeks will be compensated at 100% and 10 weeks will be compensated at 60%.

Flexible Work Schedule

Family Medical Leave

CampMinder offers up to 12 weeks of job-protected leave per year for any employee eligible under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
