Maintains Salesforce records, handles clerical and correspondence tasks, supports internal inquiries and special projects, and ensures accuracy while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Manages front office reception, visitor access, phone and calendar coordination, facility operations, employee events, site communications, documentation, office supplies, and equipment. Provides administrative support, collaborates with staff, coordinates maintenance and facility improvements, and may contribute to process and cost-efficiency initiatives. Requires strong communication, organization, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Provides first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues through live chat and service requests. Uses diagnostic tools and enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to troubleshoot, document, and resolve technology problems while validating AI-generated recommendations and protecting sensitive data. Supports enterprise sales teams with Falcon Flex deal structuring, policy compliance, approval workflows, lifecycle management, financial modeling, and non-standard transaction reviews. Partners with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Alliance teams to evaluate commercial terms, margins, risks, and governance. Communicates deal recommendations and status while identifying process improvements and enhancing Salesforce CPQ workflows. Requires strong SaaS economics knowledge, analytical judgment, cross-functional collaboration, and experience using AI to improve business processes.

Provides enterprise technology support through phone, ticketing, and potentially chat channels. Troubleshoots hardware, software, network, access, and application issues; manages incidents and escalations; documents resolutions in ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools; analyzes trends and operations data; supports knowledge management, training, process improvement, and automation; and coaches junior analysts while maintaining customer service, security, and confidentiality standards.

Supports branch operations by processing and approving teller transactions, resolving customer and employee concerns, managing operational activities and schedules, identifying customer financial needs, promoting digital banking solutions, mitigating fraud and risk, and helping motivate branch staff. Provides professional customer service while following banking policies, compliance controls, and loss-prevention procedures.

Verifies life and health insurance applications through outbound calls, documents information for underwriting, explains application procedures, assesses additional verification needs, completes paperwork, updates quality assurance records, transfers calls, and meets departmental performance targets.
