Provides first-line technical support for Hivemind software customers and field teams. The role collects evidence, analyzes logs and telemetry, triages software, deployment, configuration, API, licensing, and integration issues, routes cases to engineering or support owners, communicates customer updates, validates issues in lab or simulation environments, and creates troubleshooting documentation and knowledge-base content. It also supports releases, onboarding, deployment handoffs, and supportability metrics.

Serve as primary contact for high-value customers, delivering personalized, multi-channel support (phone, chat, email). Build relationships, resolve gaming/payment/account issues, follow compliance and responsible gambling policies, use back-office tools, and collaborate with other teams to escalate and close complex queries.

Provide Tier 1/2 IT support and troubleshooting for Windows and Mac systems, networks, A/V and peripherals. Install/configure hardware and software, use MDM (Intune, JAMF, BigFix), Jira/Confluence documentation, Azure services, and Cisco networking. Automate tasks with Bash/Python, support remotely and onsite, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation; must be able to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
