The Senior Manager, BDR Operations & Strategy will execute operational excellence and analytics for pipeline generation, enhance outbound processes, and improve data-driven decision-making across multiple departments.

Serve as the Tier 1 IT helpdesk’s first point of contact, triaging and resolving employee technology issues through Linear, Slack, email, and chat. Troubleshoot accounts, passwords, hardware, printers, mobile devices, email, and business applications. Administer Google Workspace accounts and device access, support onboarding and offboarding, provision hardware, track inventory, document resolutions, maintain knowledge base content, and escalate complex issues with complete documentation.
