Manage and optimize Ironclad and related contract management systems, including workflows, templates, approvals, integrations, data quality, reporting, and technical troubleshooting. Drive contract intake, lifecycle management, process improvement, knowledge management, training, and cross-functional legal technology initiatives. Build dashboards and support audits and special projects while partnering with Legal, Finance, Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders. The role focuses on legal operations and technology rather than substantive legal negotiation.

Handle calls and emails from agency offices, accounts, and policyholders. Explain billing statements, assist users with the online billing system, research account issues, resolve complex billing questions, and support business owners and bookkeepers with invoices. Provide timely, high-quality customer service, manage stressful interactions, participate in phone rotation, and work independently in a remote environment.

Manage campaign and advertising product setup, quality assurance, launches, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and other departments to resolve technical issues and improve processes. Support internal customers, training, app testing, resource maintenance, and business-critical on-call coverage, including nights and weekends.
