The Principal, Strategic Operations leads the design and execution of Digible's operating systems, driving strategy adoption across the organization through planning and prioritization. They facilitate decision-making among senior leadership and ensure accountability for strategic initiatives, fostering organizational change and aligning operational efforts with business outcomes.

Handle inbound cancellation calls and outbound lapse-recovery contacts to retain life insurance policyholders. Assess situations, recommend solutions, document interactions, maintain product knowledge, adapt communication bilingually (English/Spanish), and meet call center KPIs for retention, quality, and attendance in a remote environment.

The Senior Master Demand Scheduler will execute the demand S&OP cycle, managing production schedules, resolving conflicts, and improving scheduling processes within aerospace and defense.

Design rollout strategies, build scalable enablement programs and content, run discovery workshops, analyze data to recommend operational improvements, and deliver in-person/virtual facilitation and industry presentations. Act as enterprise client voice to product and travel frequently for client meetings and conferences.

Maintain an inventory of AI tools, index field use cases, track adoption and utilization, manage access requests and provisioning, ensure AI data hygiene, produce simple reporting, and create communications and micro-enablement to drive field AI adoption.

Handle incoming owner relations inquiries about revenue, land, division orders, JIB, A/R, and A&P. Log and follow up cases in a tracking system, build trusting client relationships, manage difficult situations calmly, provide accurate timely responses, and participate in cross-training.

Connect individually with students to assess interest in returning to school, build rapport, schedule Success Coach meetings, document progress in a CRM, manage high call volume and multi-channel outreach, collaborate with university partners, and use data to prioritize outreach.

Manage end-to-end California workers' compensation claims, including complex/high-exposure files. Conduct investigations, determine compensability, set reserves, manage medical and indemnity benefits, control litigation and legal costs, negotiate settlements, and provide excellent service to agents and insureds while mentoring junior adjusters and improving claims processes.
