The role requires weekend availability, remote work from a quiet private workspace, and strong communication, judgment, problem-solving, and goal-oriented performance.

Lead and develop Ellevation’s Product Support team, establishing service standards, SLAs, metrics, workflows, and training. Own and optimize Zendesk, scale self-service, and drive operational improvements. Coordinate bug triage and major incident communications across Support, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. Use support insights to improve products and processes while coaching a high-performing team through change.

Handle calls and emails from agency offices, accounts, and policyholders. Explain billing statements, assist users with the online billing system, research account issues, resolve complex billing questions, and support business owners and bookkeepers with invoices.
