Act as enterprise client voice to product and travel frequently for client meetings and conferences.

Manage end-to-end California workers' compensation claims, including complex/high-exposure files. Conduct investigations, determine compensability, set reserves, manage medical and indemnity benefits, control litigation and legal costs, negotiate settlements, and provide excellent service to agents and insureds while mentoring junior adjusters and improving claims processes.

Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues via live chat and service requests. Use diagnostic tools and problem-solving techniques to identify and resolve issues, document outcomes, and contribute feedback to improve processes and runbooks.

Lead the Billing Operations Audits & Exceptions team to manage workflows, hiring, and performance. Implement AI/ML, automation, and predictive analytics to reduce exceptions, ensure seamless billing system integrations, and build anomaly detection and reporting to meet departmental OKRs.
