Job Duties and Responsibilities
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person on-site interview.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, collaborative environment and is eager to grow their project and analytical skills while making a measurable impact on billing strategy and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of billing promotions, including intake, validation, system implementation, launch readiness, and post-launch support
  • Act as the primary liaison across Billing, CXO, Product, Marketing, and Technology to ensure accurate configuration and timely execution of promotional offers
  • Monitor promotion performance and customer impact through detailed data analysis, identifying trends, discrepancies, and optimization opportunities
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting, and executive-ready presentations to provide clear visibility into promotion health and key business metrics
  • Coordinate small to mid-sized billing initiatives, managing timelines, requirements, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful delivery
  • Drive continuous process improvement by documenting best practices, supporting root cause analysis, resolving billing issues, and ensuring compliance with billing policies and standards

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from four-year College or technical school, preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or Statistics
  • 2+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in Customer Billing and/or Release Management preferred

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets, including the ability to create and work with Pivot Tables, SUMIF, VLOOKUP, and similar functions
  • Experience with SQL, including writing queries, is required
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common metrics used to measure and monitor operational performance, define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and provide clear and concise communication with a wide audience of internal departments

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $75,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
