Responsibilities include understanding customer goals, developing account penetration strategies, conducting business reviews, overseeing managed inventory support, identifying customer needs, addressing objections, forecasting sales, and maintaining pipeline discipline. The role requires regular customer travel, typically at least monthly, and daily use of Salesforce CRM.

Serve as frontline brand ambassador delivering personalized luxury retail service. Drive sales through styling, upselling, clienteling, mobile POS and social selling; support inventory, visual merchandising, transactions, and store operations while meeting KPIs and flexible scheduling requirements.

Lead commercial growth for 3-5 Tier 1 retail accounts post-sale: own expansion, renewals, and ARR through account planning, upsell, negotiation, executive engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. Use data-driven strategies, Salesforce and Trumpet for pipeline and forecasting, and partner with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to realize customer value and scale long-term enterprise relationships.
