Develops marketing materials, researches competitors and prior campaigns, translates business needs into marketing analysis, creates performance reporting, and advises marketing leadership. Serves as a communications liaison with Sales, Care, and Field Operations, provides project status updates, and oversees junior Marketing Specialists. Requires independent judgment, collaboration, and availability for variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and overtime.

Design, execute, validate, and analyze subscriber direct mail campaigns. Build audience selections in Adobe Campaign, perform QA and data validation, ensure compliance with data governance, coordinate vendors and production, and deliver performance reporting and optimization recommendations to stakeholders.
