Own Jasper’s customer advocacy and experiential marketing programs, including customer stories, reference management, analyst and press preparation, customer advisory boards, executive events, and post-sale onsite programming. Develop customer-focused content, deploy proof across sales and customer success motions, and measure behavior change, advocacy conversion, account coverage, retention, expansion, and pipeline impact. The role is fully remote, reports to senior marketing leadership, and includes 20–25% travel.

Coordinates experiential marketing programs, including vendor research and management, project timelines, production tracking, event execution support, communications, invoicing, reporting, and process improvements. The role supports brand activations, launches, pop-ups, and client experiences while managing multiple changing priorities and maintaining clear stakeholder communication.
