Leads technical storytelling and executive advocacy for Datadog, creating event programs, presentations, demos, blogs, webinars, documentation, and other content. Partners with product and engineering leaders, coaches executives on public communication, represents Datadog at technical events, collaborates with organizers and customers, and provides product feedback. The role requires extensive software development or SRE experience, senior technical leadership, content creation, public speaking, coaching, and conference experience.

Manage a team of 3–5 technical writers to create and maintain public product documentation (APIs, SDKs, developer and security tools). Partner with Product and Engineering, research via product experimentation and code review, interview SMEs, and improve documentation standards and processes with the community.
